The weather was lovely, had really nice stay for 3 nights out of a scheduled 4 night stay. The location was excellent and stunning, close to Thesen's Island. Further, it was so close to abandoned after sundown as well as the lagoon meets the sea.

I had awesome stay, the place is nice!

The staff was lovely, the room was fabulous with wonderful view of the lagoon, wrap around balcony, for instance. The breakfast was great with wine, and the food was appetising.

The room was recently renovated and had a minimalistic decor. Kitchenette was equipped with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator.

The property was in the heart of the city. I visited restaurants and cafés in walking distance from the hotel.

We really enjoyed absolutely fantastic and great breakfasts and epic views!

The staff was great and perfect. Our room, including a particularly good bathroom, was stunning, and gorgeous. The free parking was on-site, exceptional service.

Very special and nice location by the sea, and 15 minute walk from Knysna Waterfront. Also - so close to common and beautiful Knysna.

central location very close to the various surrounding eateries, the garden route of south africa and the harbour area, it was in a lovely area.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with epic views especially at sunset. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Knysna Quays. There was a pleasant restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the property. Stunning and relaxing rooms with exceptional services, the food was delicious. All of the staff were great, kind.

No complaints here, I recommend. The rooms are well-equipped and nicely decorated and have great view over the lake. The positives include perfect and very special location and parking onsite.

The location is central. The rooms are well-appointed and lovely modern with a view of the lagoon, everything is fantastic.

We loved the modern and well-furnished rooms at the Loft Boutique. The view of the lagoon was simply breathtaking. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location on Thesen Island was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Plus, the breakfast at Ile-de pain downstairs was delicious. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Lofts is well located at the waterfront. There's a friendly staff and an honesty bar.

Our suite, directly on the water has an open plan bathroom with two sinks that are too low and not suitable for grown up people. The 2 little mirrors are just to small to look into and to shave..besides very bad positioned.The wifi system did not work when we arrived and it stayed that way..

Location, Quality and great friendly service

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent design of the hotel. The rooms were beautifully located and we loved having lots of restaurants and cafes around. The aroma from the nearby bakery and coffee shop really lifted our spirits in the morning. The patio overlooking the water was the best place to have a drink in the evenings. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

There were a few things that disappointed us. The hotel's pool was very small and there were no sun loungers, so we couldn't really lounge by the pool.

Great way to end our trip. The hotel is clean with exceptional services and good food. Excellent location really close to 3 cafes and caring and attentive staff. The oyster bar onsite...
